User Activity

This report is intended for use by Publishers and is available from SDK version 2.1 and higher.

Introduction

The User Activity report provides publishers the ability to see the real and accurate number of DAUs for their app using a defined set of dimensions.

To explore user activity, you must split or filter by App ID or App Name.

User Activity Dimensions

Set out below are the groups and the dimensions contained within them, relevant to the User Activity report.

Group Name Dimension Description
Date/Time - The date and time of the report
Inventory App ID App identifier in Fyber's system
  App Name The name of the app
  Publisher Name The name of the publisher Fyber's system
Location Country The country in which the user accessed the app
Inventory App ID App identifier within Fyber's system
  App Name The name of the app
  Instance ID The Instance ID as generated by the demand network. Note: This is referred to differently, by various demand networks.
  Instance Name The name you provided to a mediated network's instance
  Placement ID A Placement's identifier in the Fyber system
  Placement Name A name given by publisher to a placement they created on Fyber
Location Country The country in which the impression was served
Reporting Source Reporting Source The source of the data. Can either by Fyber's data or the demand partner's reports
 

User Activity Metrics

Metrics appear in the left pane under the dimensions.

Set out below are the the metrics relevant to the User Activity Report.

Group Name Metric Description Formula
Engagement Active Users The number of daily active users of a selected app. To explore this metric, choose either App ID and/or App Name.  
  Engaged Users The number of daily engaged users of a selected app.    
  Engagement Rate The ratio between the number of engaged users and active users. Engagement rate is an important addition since it indicates the percentage of an app’s active users who interact with an ad. 
 
  Frequency The number of times a specific user of an app saw an ad.  
  Impressions The total number of ads shown to users across all of the selected placements and apps  
Revenue Avg. Rev. per Active User The average revenue per daily active user of a selected app. To explore this metric, choose either App ID and/or App Name. Sum (Total Revenue) / DAU
  Avg. Rev. per Engaged User The average revenue per daily engaged user of a selected app. To explore this metric, choose either App ID and/or App Name.  
  Publisher Revenue Total earnings accrued so far. This amount is subject to change when earnings are verified for accuracy. Sum (Total Revenue)
